All Sutherland teams stay alive in Soccer’s Champion of Champions
In the NSW Champion of Champions knockout, Sutherland’s premiership winning teams in each grade took on Southern Highlands teams in Round 1 on Sunday September 16. With goals galore by the local sides, all Sutherland teams remain in the knockout competition.
9 teams had comprehensive victories, while another 8 had byes. The results are outlined below:

Under 12: Sutherland Champion 6 defeated Southern Tablelands Champion nil

The second round will be played on September 23. October School Holidays Coaching Clinic
A coaching clinic will be held by Sutherland Sharks Football Club in the school holidays for players who want to improve their skills or just have some football fun during the holidays. 
The clinic is open to boys and girls age 6 to 16 years old. It will be held on Monday 8th to Thursday 11th October, 2007, from 9am to 12.30pm

Sydney FC running school holiday football clinics
If you are holidaying in Sydney or you can’t make the Shire’s coaching clinics then Sydney FC’s holiday clinics may be another option.
Kids from the ages of six to 16 years can register for Sydney FC's 2007 Spring Holiday Clinics, which will run at two venues simultaneously - Centennial Parklands and Macquarie University Sports Fields.
The mornings (9.00am to 1.00pm) of October 2 to October 5 have been set aside for children aged six to ten years, with the mornings of October 8 to October 11 reserved for kids aged 11 to 16 years.

The Sutherland district basketball association is to hold two camps during the October school holidays. A 3 day High Performance Camp is to be held in the first week of the school holidays from Tuesday October 2 to Thursday October 4.
A 4 day Beginners and Intermediates Basketball Camp will be held in the second week of the school holidays from Monday October 8 to Thursday October 11.
